Those in need can freely shop twice monthly from a selection of nonperishable food, milk, meat, produce, bread and personal care items for their families. The Cupboard is an agency partner with the Food Bank of Iowa, which allows us to purchase needed items at a very reasonable cost. A $10 donation helps us secure 71 lbs of food! Mommy & Me Music is a wonderful opportunity for caregivers and their children to sing, dance and play together while introducing children to Jesus Christ through the gift of music. This class is best suited for children aged 6 months – 5 years. For safety, the class is capped at 50 children each semester. A small snack is provided for each child at the end of each class.

Narcotics Anonymous is an international fellowship of men and women who are seeking or have found release from drugs. This group meets regularly to help each other stay clean. The Pantry at Hope is an available resource for anyone in need of food assistance.
What is Duckpin bowling? It’s a fun activity similar to bowling with smaller pins and balls. May Encore will be held offsite at Inside Golf at North Grand Mall. Cost is $5 per person. You will need to register by April 29th at 5:00pm. Snacks will be avaliable for purchase at Inside Golf and Encore hosts will provide a light dessert.

Essentrics is a slow and gentle full-body stretch and strengthening workout that focuses on increasing mobility, flexibility, and joint stiffness. Essentrics reawakens the power of your 650 muscles while slowly building strength in your body. This workout is for men and women of all ages who are looking for a gentle, slow-tempo class. This class meets in person and online. Participants will choose an option during registration.

Ladies, embedded in the pages of Paul’s letter to the Romans is the transformative power to change our lives and therefore impacting our church, families, the community around us. Young athletes (pre-K through grade 5) will learn the basics of soccer through practice, a short game, and faith-based teaching. Participants will be put into teams by grade. Closed-toed shoes and a size 3 soccer ball are needed. Coaches are also needed to make this league a success!

Confirmation is an important moment in a student’s faith journey and an exciting celebration at the end of eighth grade for all those in PowerLife! Students and their family and friends are invited to join us in this celebration at a special Confirmation Service. PowerLife Youth Minister Justin Stoffa will share a message, students will be recognized with their small groups, and communion will be served.
We hope you can join us in celebrating this important milestone! Cake and refreshments will be provided after the service for all to enjoy.
AA membership is open to all those who desire to do something about their drinking problem. The primary purpose of AA is to carry the message of recovery to the alcoholic seeking help. AA can serve as a source of personal experience and be an ongoing support system for recovering alcoholics.

Join us for a six-week experience to launch your new Hope Group – a small group to be known, loved and transformed daily. Groups will meet for a topic-based discussion, share a meal/snack, and get the opportunity to be known. Come find your people!
Parents of Addicted Loved Ones is a support group of parents helping parents. We meet the 1st and 3rd Sundays of every month to offer education and support, at no cost, for parents who are dealing with a son or daughter battling addiction. PAL can also help spouses who have a partner with addiction issues. PAL is especially helpful for parents and spouses, but all other sober family members and friends (age 18 and older) are welcome at our meetings. You will have an opportunity to give support and receive support from others facing the same challenges.
