As we get to know the real Jesus better this year, the 40 days of Lent will be intentionally focused on prayer. Daily prayer prompts and prayer gatherings will help us develop a daily habit of spending time with God.

Those in need can freely shop twice monthly from a selection of nonperishable food, milk, meat, produce, bread and personal care items for their families. The Cupboard is an agency partner with the Food Bank of Iowa, which allows us to purchase needed items at a very reasonable cost. A $10 donation helps us secure 71 lbs of food! It is a power that we all long to experience as followers of Jesus Christ because Romans deals with how God, through Jesus Christ enables us to move from a place of condemnation and sin to a place of reconciliation and righteousness. Participants with a compassionate heart for others and a love of knitting/crocheting will meet monthly to create prayer shawls, all while praying over everything they make. All skill levels and new participants are always welcome. Feel free to bring your own supplies or we can provide supplies.

AA membership is open to all those who desire to do something about their drinking problem. The primary purpose of AA is to carry the message of recovery to the alcoholic seeking help. AA can serve as a source of personal experience and be an ongoing support system for recovering alcoholics.

PowerLife is a high-energy, faith-based community for middle schoolers. We believe God is always up to something in our lives no matter the age. At PowerLife, we empower students (grades 6-8) to explore their faith, learn about the Bible and celebrate the ways they notice God moving in their lives.

Time for PowerLife Sunday evenings 6:00 – 7:15pm, weekly.

Ignition is a fun, safe and welcoming environment where high school students (grades 9-12) can explore the Bible, ask big questions about life, meet new friends, and confirm their faith in Jesus Christ.

Ignition is a fun, safe and welcoming place where high school students (grades 9-12) are connected to Jesus.  At Ignition, students experience God through incredible music and a powerful message, build meaningful friendships, discover ways to stay connected and continue their faith journey throughout high school.
