Hope Local Cedar Valley launched on Sunday , Sept. 8, 2024. Located in the Cedar Falls/Waterloo area, Hope Local Cedar Valley meets at St. Paul Lutheran Church on Sundays at 9:15 am. Led by an incredible group of Hope volunteers, this Hope Local Site offers a vibrant worship community and a chance to connect with others to grow in your faith. All are welcome, so spread the word! We can’t wait to see what God will continue to do through Hope Local Cedar Valley!

In addition to weekly worship and Kairos College Ministry, we hope to bring The Alpha Course to Hope Local Cedar Valley very soon! Whether you live nearby , are visiting your favorite University of Northern Iowa student, or are in town to take in a Panther sporting event, we would love to have you join us for worship!

God is on the move in the Cedar Valley , and we believe that the best is still ahead! Through Building Hope for Cedar Valley, we are prayerfully preparing to establish a permanent church home that will support ministry for generations to come, and create space for even more people to grow in faith and find community. Building Hope for Cedar Valley

Building Hope for Cedar Valley is a giving campaign to establish a permanent church home through the purchase and transformation of the building our congregation currently calls home. This space will support our growing church family as we continue to grow in faith, be equipped to live it out, and reach out to the world around us to share the everlasting love of Jesus Christ!

Earlier this month, our church family stepped forward together to launch this important initiative, trusting God to guide each step of the journey . The campaign will culminate in a special processional offering on Sunday , February 22, as we prayerfully place our commitments before the Lord and celebrate what He is already doing among us.

A final update on pledged giving will be shared in early March. As God provides through the generosity of this community , we look forward to moving ahead with plans to acquire St. Paul’s Lutheran Church and pursue future improvements that support long-term ministry right here in the Cedar Valley!
