Welcome to Hope Local Clear Lake!

Hope Local Clear Lake is Hope’s Local Site right off Interstate 35 in the Clear Lake Athletic & Wellness Center. We invite you to join us for worship every week or anytime you are in town to enjoy time on Clear Lake. Launching on Christmas Eve in 2018, Hope Local Clear Lake has been a home for Hope for more than six years.

Jesus Quest

Lots of people have lots of opinions about Jesus, sometimes shaped more by personal preferences, worldviews, and traditions than the actual Messiah revealed in Scripture. At Lutheran Church of Hope, we want everyone to meet, and get to know at the deepest levels, the Jesus of the Gospels: the One who heals, comforts, challenges, restores, surprises, and has the power to transform us and our world!

Ignition at Hope Local Clear Lake

Hope Local Clear Lake offers Ignition, Hope’s high school ministry. Ignition meets Wednesdays from 4:30–6:30 pm at the Seehusen house during the school year. Dinner is provided along with worship and teaching streamed online from Hope West Des Moines and small group discussion time.
